Vaughan Roberts is an Adair Accredited ACL® Trainer and is fully licensed by Adair International Ltd to deliver Accredited Training programmes including a range of 1, 2 & 3 days workshops in Action Centred Leadership.

Vaughan Roberts is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management (FInstLM), which is a benchmark of excellence from the UK's foremost institution on leadership and management, and is an independent recognition of his significant skills and experience in this field. Vaughan also holds an honours degree in Business Studies and an ILM Diploma in Business Support.
