Nature of work: The nature of our work is a Training Company. We provide leadership, management and professional competence training to individuals and to organisations who employ our services, either directly with ourselves or through intermediaries.

Additional reasons – Consulting and Advisory services: Information is processed for the consultancy and advisory services that are offered by The Handle Consultancy. This information may be about delegates and clients. Where necessary, this information is shared with the data subject themselves; business associates and other professional advisers; current, past or prospective employers; and service providers.
Who is responsible for ensuring compliance with the GDPR?: Vaughan Roberts is the person responsible (Data Controller) for ensuring that we meet all our obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation. The Data Controller has been trained in how to handle personal information. When we collect personal information, we will tell people how we will use the information we collect.
The Handle Consultancy has a process in place so that we can respond to requests for personal information that we hold. We keep all records of people’s personal information up to date, and we do not keep this information longer than necessary. We have measures in place to ensure that the personal data we hold is kept safe and secure.
